Local government of the Autonomous Territorial Unit Găgăuzia has come up with new and creative solutions in order to solve problems related to public services organization and management. It is currently using modern management practices starting with direct management and ending with delegated management of public services, including publicprivate partnerships. Moreover, local government from the studied communities also uses modern options for public services establishment and maintenance, such as public-associative partnerships, inter-communal cooperation, working together with international donor organizations, etc. This allows local government of Găgăuzia to use every local and foreign resources opportunity, in order to provide quality public services to its citizens, and proving once more that local government authorities have the final say in the efficient management of public services.
