Rezumat

Social interaction, at the present stage of the development of humanity, is characterized by a high level of conflict. In modern human life, conflict is ubiquitous in all spheres of life, of communication and multilevel social interaction. Conflict is a widespread phenomenon and an indispensable element in the existence of a social being, but the conflict must be resolved so that this existence is based on a constructive interaction, optimal for the communication of social systems. Research problem consists in that conflict resolution strategies and modalities are little known to the general public and one of these modalities is mediation, a less widespread modality. Mediation, as an alternative form of conflict resolution, is a way of conflict resolution focused on the possibility of constructive interaction and communication in the future. The aim of the research: to reduce the conflict level in society by developing the culture of mediation. The object of the research: the impact of the informational formats in the process of diminishing the conflict level in society and developing the mediation. The informational formats are tools for publicizing and informing the general public about mediation, proposed by the international regional group of mediators (Germany, Ukraine, Moldova and other countries, participants in the projects of development of the culture of mediation, financially supported by DAAD between 2009-2019, which contributes to the development of mediation through various strategies (training of mediators, maintaining communication of mediators in the regional network, producing informational formats and replicating them, etc.)). Moldova proposed a model of the informational format "University Mediation Day", activity carried out at ULIM, April 2019. The informational format had a national impact, being proposed for replication by the National Mediation Council of the Republic of Moldova. The results of piloting this model of informing the academic environment about mediation, were presented in an international workshop and round table "Development of mediation through information formats" with the participation of the Ukrainian Ombudsman for human rights, activities in Kiev, Ukraine, September 2019.
