Communication plays an important role in organizing the management process. It is the phenomenon which allows the creation of essential information links between individuals, between institutions and between institutions and indi viduals. Public communication, done usually by public servant, refers both to the exchange and sharing of public utility information, as well as to the maintenance of the social binder. Thus in the training process of the public servant it is necessary to take into account that he must not only ensure a solid scientific background in the professional field, but also a bag of skills and abilities which refers to public communication. Public communication skills of the public servant need to be learned and perfected perpetual. Tackle the issue of public servant training in this regard, the article presents the didactic methods and proceedings through which develop skills and abilities to achieve an effective public communication. |
