Lisbon Treaty’s impact on the national security of the Republic of Moldova This scientific study is devoted to a coprehensive analysis of the consequences of Lisbon Treaty on the security system of the Republic of Moldova. It is investigated the establishment of the diplomatic community, which gives systemic and structural characteristics, so that the European External Action Service (EEAS) has the burden of an instrument to help EU in promoting genuine common foreign policy which the Union will use it to have a more important role on the world’s stage. |
