Using wide IT technologies has a considerable positive impact on social development, including improving the quality of citizen’s life. For Republic of Moldova, the conditions of poor financial resources for development of key indicators can be remediated with the support and promotion of the balanced development of the areas that would ensure rapid and massive growing of the Information Society. Although there is a gradual progression of the country development there are some big reserves to exploit, including considerable uncovered gaps between the various fields of development.
