Rezumat

The paper analyzes the phenomenon of teacher reflection on goal setting in innovation activity. The concept of pedagogical personnel reflection on goal setting in innovation activity is understood as the teacher’s ability to understand and analyze one’s own innovative consciousness and corresponding behavior, the ability to reflect on what is happening in his mind regarding the quality of the concept of goal setting in innovation activity. Also identified are the signs of teacher reflection on goal setting in innovation activity. The results of the study drew attention to the importance of taking into account the potential of the teacher in the reflection of the teacher as the knowledge and analysis of their own consciousness and behavior regarding their professional abilities.
