The article analyses the notin of value „through the theoretical and praxiological perspectives of „truth” and „kidness”. The knowledge of „value” implies theleological knowledge and critical theleological conscience – the target point of the European culture and education. The axiological education supplies the axiological conscious, educational values, axiological competences; things which help a person to create his/her positive attitude toward the world and environment he lives. The axology vegards: the essense of the value; its genesis; nature; structure; knowledge; realization; clarification, and the criteria of the valorization process.
