Theoretical research of the refrigerant coefficient of some converters operating on the basis of combined anisotropic thermoelements located in the magnetic field for a certain temperature dependence of the kinetic parameters of the component materials was carried out. It has been shown that some geometric and energy characteristics of these devices are clearly superior to the analogous parameters of the Ettingshausen refrigerator. |
