Research object is the leasing financing as modern techniques of economic agents as a factor promoting investment in the national economy, analyzing problems and solutions for leasing operations in Moldova. Leasing is a commercial transaction where by one party called lessor shall be entitled for a period of use of equipment which it owns the other hand, the user called, for a periodic payment called lease rate and at the end of the lease lessor undertakes to respect the user to choose to buy property, extend the lease or to terminate the contractual relationship.
