Ways of efficiency increasing of capital investments in agriculture Investments are the material support of economic and social development of the country. By increasing the fixed capital they provide, increasing of technical and economic efficiency of existing ones but also create new jobs. In this context, investments are the decisive element of economic growth, of intensive factors promoting, of quality and efficiency. Investments have the highly innovative character because they create the material conditions necessary to promote technical progress and scientific research results in all fields and thus ensure the development of means of production, technology, forms of organization of production and upgrade products. Promoting of technical progress through investments should be considered from three perspectives-technical, economic and social. From a technical standpoint allocated investments lead to improvement of economic and technical base of the unit in general society, as economic, investment contribute to the volume of products to meet domestic needs, make ease the work and generally increase the social effect. All these are possible due to the fact that the investments shall ensure mechanization, automation and robotization of production processes, upgrading of existing equipment, creating of new ways of working, more sophisticated, the development of new modern energy, development and using of new materials cheaper and easier.
