The study addresses a growing concept circulated actually, related to the well being of the student and the teacher in school today. Western theoretical references based on recent researches explain the significance, with her extensive connotations, but also argues the need to harness it in the school environment. Practical recommendations make realistic the proposed methodology in hopes of applying creative and contextualized the multidimensional valences of it, and creating a friendly environment suitable moods of child and teacher.
