Investigațiile endoscopice au constatat la toți pacienţii din studiu formă uşoară a gastropatiei portal hipertensive: 33,3% cazuri cu aspect mozaicat (tip „piele de șarpe”) și 66,7% cazuri cu aspect hiperemic (tip vărgat). Tabloul clinico-paraclinic la pacienții cu gastropatie portal hipertensivă și ciroză hepatică include sindromul dispeptic (96,7%), sindromul astenic (96,7%), sindromul de hipertensiune portală (96,7%), sindromul anemic (60,0%), sindromul holestatic (30,0%), sindromul icteric (26,7%), sindromul hemoragic (10,0%), varice esofagiene (80,0%) și ascită (40,0%). Tratamentul cu pentoxifilină a pacienților cu gastropatie portal hipertensivă a avut efecte de ameliorare semnificativă a tabloului clinic și de îmbunătățire a profilului biochimic: reducere statistic semnificativă a nivelului bilirubinei, tendință de micșorare a nivelului fosfatazei alcaline, transaminazelor, glutamiltranspeptidazei și probei cu timol.

Endoscopic investigations have found the mild form of portal hypertensive gastropathy in all the patients included in the study: mosaic-like pattern (snacke skin pattern) - in 33,3 % and superficial reddening - in 66,7% cases. Clinical and paraclinical manifestations in patients with portal hypertensive gastropathy and liver cirrohosis include the dyspeptic syndrome (96,7%), asthenic syndrome (96,7), portal hypertension syndrome (96,7%), anemic syndrome (60,0%), cholestatic syndrome (30%), icteric syndrome (26,7%), haemorrhagic syndrome (10%), esophageal varices (80%) and ascites (40%). Pentoxifylline treatment of the patients with portal hypertensive gastropathy had significant improvement in the clinical picture and improved biochemical profile: a statistically significant reduction in bilirubin level and decreasing tendency of the level of alkaline phosphatase, transaminases, glutamyl transpeptidase and thymol

Клинико-параклиническая картина у пациентов с портальной гипертензионной гастропатией и циррозом печени включает: диспепсический синдром (96,7%), астeно-невротический синдром (96,7%), синдром портальной гипертензии (96,7%), анемический синдром (60,0%), холестатический синдром (30,0%), желтушный синдром (26,7%), геморрагический синдром (10,0%), варикозное расширение вен пищевода (80,0%) и асцит (40,0%). Лечение пентоксифиллином пациентов с портальной гипертензионной гастропатией привело к значительному улучшению клинической картины и биохимического профиля: статистически значимое снижение уровня билирубина, тенденция к снижению уровня щелочной фосфатазы, трансаминаз, гамма-глутамилтранспептидазы и тимоловый пробы.
