Presented study with the title „Tensions between universal jurisdiction and the immunity of the states” has the aim to address the issue of conflicts of jurisdiction created in the context of a concurential jurisdictional regime present in our modern society. We compared the relevance of all the bases of jurisdiction and came to the conclusion that territorial jurisdiction is still prevalent and all other ones are needed to assure that there is no room left for impunity |
