The significance of the problem under the investigation is confirmed by the interest in Gagauziya (Gagauz Yeri) among experts in different fields, expressed in numerous publications, demonstrating the need for a study of the accumulated problems in the field of management, economics, finance and culture. The relevance of the study is dictated by the necessity of understanding the problems of public administration in Gagauziya, which, despite the 23-years existence, still remains largely poorly-structured and inconsistent administrative and political entity. |
