In this article, the authors examined the historical aspect of the legal regulation of loan relations from ancient times to the present. Separately disclosed features, and the degree of influence of legal regulation of loan relations in different historical periods of time. It is concluded that the modern design of the loan agreement takes its roots from the Roman period and is practically preserved in the form that existed at that time, with certain changes taking into account modern realities. |
