The modern stage of society’s development imposes the need for a better understanding of the organization and its development. The culture influences the functioning of the organization by means of the values and norms. For an efficient organizational culture, the Moldovan society needs some challenges not only at the level of the institutions, but in whole society too. In this context, public institutions must be seen as promoters of fundamental values. At present, public institutions in the country are confronted with a number of problems that are related to the organizational culture. In order to overcome the problems created in the public sector is necessary to emphasize the creation of the organizational culture within each public entity, based on fundamental values such as legality, impartiality, independence, professionalism and loyalty. |
