With the implementation strategies of contemporary psihojuridice hearing criminal cases and the number of discoveries is increasing knowledge of their authors. Success of hearing is directly proportional to the appropriate interpersonal relationships between prosecution and investigation. In elucidating the feelings of the suspect may establish the reality of carrying out the crime and to outline the degree of guilt. However, success is directly dependent on the process of hearing and psycho-behavioral states suspect
identification by adopting psihotacticilor correct, depending on personality.
