Criminal responsibility for these crimes envisaged by Articles 217, 2171,2,3,4,5,6, 218, 219, included in Chapter 8 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Moldova on April 18, 2002, “Crimes against public health and community settings. “ In the Russian Criminal Code 1996 they are included in Chapter 25, entitled “Crimes against public health and
public morals” and provided for by Articles 228, 2,281, 2,282, 229, 230, 231, 232, 233. Assume the title of Chapter 28 of the Criminal Code more successful than the title of Chapter 8 of the Criminal Code of Moldova, as the concept of public morality is more specific and understandable than the concept of coexistence. The specified crimes in the Criminal Code in 2001 included razdel13, entitled “Crime related to narcotic drugs,
psychotropic substances, their analogues or precursors, and other crimes against public health. “ Similarities and differences, the content of these chapters illustrate the name included in their articles listed in the table number 1. |
