Any lecturer knows the importance of finding ways to determine successful student involvement in class activities. Thus, he /she tries to define the areas of interest of the students in the lesson and create a positive atmosphere by supporting learners’ level of interest through maintaining an appropriate level of active class participation using ICT in Teaching English at AESM. In order to provide the optimum level of participation the lecturer must take into account the students’ attention, depending on the level of their knowledge of English. Moreover, effective teaching techniques with the help of ICT should address the students’ needs and abilities achieved. Therefore, in today’s digitalized world, it is essential to streamline ICT usage strategies in an English lesson at AESM. |
