Weak economic growth over the last few decades în Europe has increased concerns for the dispersion of income and social exclusion. European authorities have launched the Europe 2020 strategy, which aims to improve social inclusion în Europe, existing European regional policy in order to reduce regional disparities by stimulating growth în areas where incomes are relatively low. The existence of such objectives and policies at EU level measurement motivates income dispersion among all Europeans in this paper. Inequality in Europe has increased quite substantially by mid 1980. Today, intensifying the free movement of persons, goods and services between areas with different positions on the welfare axis does not necessarily mean flattening inequalities by increasing live in countries less developed, but favors at least aş much emphasis on inequalities, like a beginning of unequal positions. |
