Knowledge management is manifested more pronounced in the central public administration authorities of the Republic of Moldova, outlining the relationship and interdependence between human resource management and knowledge management. A public administration based on knowledge is one of the three challenges of the central government in Moldova. Central government authorities of the Republic of Moldova on all hierarchical levels should be guided by the values and practices of a learning organization if they want to approach performance standards compatible with western values of administrative area. |
