In this article, the idea that praxeology might have akey position in establishing the rule of law is analyzed. The definition of praxeology, state of law/rule of law is brought to light, as well as many contemporary traits of the state of law. It is discussedhow the praxeology establishes two types of limits on the action of law, and what should be done in order to cope with them.The author had distinguished the development in time of three different the state of law concepts. The following beliefis expressed in the article: the edification of a state of law in Republic of Moldova has a positive tendency although the process is very slow. |
