Rezumat | ||||||
Social interaction plays an essential role in training and education, but only in contact with alterity, trough communicational and social interaction, the personality can be shaped and any acquisition process of social roles can be developed. Recognizing the importance of social interaction in human development, we focus on the way in which the socialization process (the main agents of this process and the ways they operate, emphasizing the role of school), we intend to illustrate the main types of socialization and to brighten up its finalities: mental - the development of constant psychological traits through which the child acquires an identity in relation to his other fellows; social – the development of skills enhancing the appropriate use of necessary social status and roles for social integration; cultural - the assimilation of symbols, language and environmental values of life, of a cultural model. |
