Over time the concept of culture has taken on many meanings, by theoretical orientation and societal perspective that was manifested. Between culture and society it represents a relationship of codetermination. The notion of culture in the broader sense designates the complex set of spiritual values, moral, artistic, customs and beliefs of a society, able to reconstruct a portrait of that company in the future a certain period. Culture is a basic condition that can measure „wellbeing” of a society, a people is a variable that refers to the degree of development of its evolution. All through culture reflects social awareness, acts of men getting a different meaning, being framed in historical time. Culture maintains relations of authority between members of society, establishing and continuity in the work of different generations.
