The antithrombotic treatment is widely used in medicine – cardiology, internal medicine, gynecology, surgery, traumatology, interventional cardiology, etc. It’s effectiveness has been demonstrated by many clinical studies. This article reveals the problem of the relationship between antithrombotic therapy and endoscopic procedures. For patients taking these medications that had require endoscopy, doctor should consider the following important factors: (1) the urgency of the procedure, (2) bleeding risk of the procedure, (3) the effect of the antithrombotic drugs on the bleeding risk, and (4) the risk of a thromboembolic events, related to per procedural interruption of antithrombotic agents. These issues require close collaboration of cardiologists and gastroenterologists, and individual approach to the treatment of such patients.

Антитромботическое лечение широко используется в медицине – в кардиологии, терапии, гинекологии, хирургии, травматологии, интервенционной кардиологии и др. Его эффективность была доказана во многих клинических исследованиях. В данной статье раскрываются проблемы взаимосвязи антитромботического лечения с эндоскопическими процедурами, перед проведением которых необходимо иметь ввиду: срочность проведения эндоскопической процедуры, риск кровотечения при проведении этой процедуры, риск кровотечения при непосредственном применении антитромботического лечения, риск осложнений при отмене антитромботического лечения. Данные вопросы требуют тесного сотрудничества кардиологов и гастроэнтерологов и индивидуального подхода к лечению таких пациентов.
