The author refers to the moral aspects of Kutuzov’s behavior, a Russian general in Romanian Principalities during the Russo-Turkish war of 1806-1812. As army commander and supreme commander of the Danube Infantry Army, General Kutuzov has showed himself as a satrap of the Tsarist regime, who has exploited to maximum the human and economic resources of Moldova and Wallachia. A less known aspect is the striking immorality of the aged M. Kutuzov against women |
