THE GENDER ISSUE IN EUROPEAN LEGAL ACTS IN RELATION TO CRISIS MANAGEMENT OPERATIONS Gender policy is treated in the Resolutions of the United Nations Security Council on women, peace and security, as well as in the European Union guides concerning the implementation of the Resolutions. In 2010, the United Nations Security Council ratified the gender indicators for peacekeeping missions. Subsequently, it adopted another three resolutions on woman, peace and security. European Union Council established the EU gender indicators in 2010. Thus, the UN and EU gender indicators need to be revised according to the latest Resolutions of the United Nations Security Council on women, peace and security.

GENDERUL ÎN REGLEMENTĂRILE EUROPENE PENTRU MISIUNILE DE GESTIONARE A CRIZELOR Politica de gender este tratată în Rezoluțiile Consiliului Suprem de Securitate a Națiunilor Unite (CSSNU) privind femeia, pacea și securitatea, precum și în ghidurile și bunele practici ale Uniunii Europene privind implementarea acestor Rezoluții. În anul 2010, Consiliul de Securitate al Națiunilor Unite a adoptat indicatorii de gender pentru misiunile de menținere a păcii. Ulterior, a mai adoptat alte trei Rezoluții privind femeia, pacea, securitate. Consiliul Uniunii European a stabilit indicatorii UE de gender în 2010. Astfel, Indicatorii Națiunilor Unite și Indicatorii UE privind genderul necesită a fi revizuiți în spiritul ultimelor Rezoluții ale CSSNU privind femeia, pacea și securitatea.

В 2010 г. Совет Безопасности ООН принял гендерные показатели для осуществления миссий по поддержанию мира. Впоследствии он принял три резолюции в отношении женщин, мира и безопасности. Совет Европейского союза установил гендерные показатели ЕС в 2010 г. Так, показатели ООН и показатели ЕС по гендерным вопросам должны быть пересмотрены в духе последних резолюций ООН по вопросу о женщинах, мире и безопасности.
