In the literature of specialty, the word ”crisis” has two elements – the possibility and the danger. In Greek, kreses – means solution, a sudden modification of the statute of our personal life. A crisis situation can be defined like a case when a person confronts a major obstacle that blocks his life goals. We can specialize the crisis observing, its duration and in¬tensity. Psychologists discern three types of crisis with their causes: 1) – crisis of development; 2) – crisis of trauma; 3) – crisis of loss, defeat. It has the same base in the military environment. Its structure shows four components – notions: stress, frustration (fear), conflict, pessimism. The crisis is not generated by foreign events all the time, especially the way to interpret those events by the person as of his perception of competence or incompetence to resolve the pro¬blem in the military environment. In this case it’s necessary to apply the items of anti-stress psychotherapy
