The overall objective is to follow the military student progress in the same area conditi¬ons of living, actually limited, with other people a certain period of time and without the possibility to remain alone. Based on the idea that privacy takes the form of a need or imperative necessities and constitutes the right of each military student, the paper proposes the outlining of several consequences, the most important for human personality of this fact. Another objective is to see if military students realize that to a certain extent are deprived of this right (the right to behave not only as you are in the reality, but to be the way you are in intimate reality, where nobody notice you and can judge you),to see if the lack of intimacy is felt as a frustration
