Introductive considerations regarding the subjects of the rehabilitation right in the case trial are analyzed in the present article. The rehabilitated person is the active subject in the judicial relation of rehabilitation, namely the subject of the rehabilitation right. The Moldovan legislature does not contain the generic term that would designate this subject, but such a term in used in the speciality literature. Additionally, some authors propose the diff erentiated use of the denotative
wording with regard to the aspects where the subject of the rehabilitation right appears. |
