Rezumat | ||||||
This article presents the results of a study confirming that the self-related and teachers affect the efficiency of their professional activities. On this basis, during the formative experiment, it was found that the development and the correction of the teachers about themselves, their self-evaluation process, emotionally-valuable relation to himself, and, as a consequence of inadequate behavior patterns, enhances the effectiveness of their professional activities. |
