The article considers the regulation of investment funds both in the Republic of Moldova and Ukraine, its features and landmarks formed the further development of joint investment from the standpoint of European integration. Author concludes that, after taking Moldova and Ukraine into the European community law enforcement for harmonization with the provisions of the EU an essential feature of collective investment will appear. In conclusion, the author believes that after the Republic of Moldova and Ukraine will carry out the harmonization of legislation with the EU, then the harmonization of regulations in the field of co-investment with the provisions of the EU will become a significant feature of the activities of investment funds.

În articol se afirmă, că gestionarea fondurilor de investiţii în Moldova şi Ucraina, a găsit formula, caracteristicile şi atracţiile sale, care permit dezvoltarea în continuare a investiţiilor în comun din punctul de vedere al integrării europene. În concluzie, autorul consideră că după ce Republica Moldova şi Ucraina, ar implementa armonizarea legislaţiei sale cu legislaţia UE, caracteristica esenţială a fondurilor de investiţii va fi armonizarea reglementărilor în domeniul investiţiilor comune cu UE.

В статье высказывается мнение, что регулирование инвестиционных фондов в Молдове и Украине, нашло свою формулу, характеристики и достопримечательности, которые позволяют дальнейшее развитие совместного инвестирования с точки зрения европейской интеграции. В заключение автор считает, что после того, как Республика Молдова и Украина, осуществят гармонизацию своего законодательства с законодательством ЕС, существенной особенностью деятельности инвестиционных фондов станет гармонизация нормативных актов в сфере совместного инвестирования с положениями ЕС.
