The instruments used in short-term financial management include production prices that are both a cause and an effect. The efficient management of inventories, receivables and cash will
depend upon the level of these prices. The necessity to finance the production cycle, as a result of combining the above-mentioned components, will influence the need of net working capital – a
relevant indicator of short-term financial stability. In the context of enterprise’s objectives, the financial stability is an essential condition that reflects the results of price policy and financial management in view of maximizing the profit. |
