Scientific research of the foreign psychologists investigates the psychosocial interrelations of the personality (R. Adler, M. Argyle, Verderber, R., K. Verderber and partners). Different personality’ theories offers implicitly the premises of the analysis of the psychosocial structures, and the formation mechanisms and evolution of the interpersonal and social relations which delimitates the person in the frame of the different types of the social structure. Operational profile of the ICSAC (IȘPCA) students can be analyzed in base of personality dimensions which demonstrated high level of outline in university environment: social, emotional and practical intelligence, which influence the level of personal and social responsibility, assertive communication, relational style and the respect for others |
