The article emphasizes the importance and necessity of application of the management accounting in the construction industry and the essential factors that have an impact on its development. There are also studied the tasks of the management accounting subsystem and the major measures and actions to be taken to adjust the construction entity operation conditions to its elaborated development strategy. |
