Rezumat

The deontology of the political actors in any society is influenced by different subjective and objective factors. It is especially affected by the political system, state, regime and civil society. The causal link between actions, which is directly connected to the subjective element of ethic obligation, constitutes its co-nceiving object. That is why political deontology is defined in specialty literature as a specific way of taking action, of behaving in different activities and situations depending on the political actors’ condition and social role, on their interests, on the system of attitudes and opinions which the latter express, as well as on the concrete situations which they are confronted with. The essential peculiarity of the political deontology consists in the moral-aesthetic evaluation of individuals’ participation in exercising the power, which also includes the participation in formal organizations and mass movements, inclusion in different state structures or conscious exclusion from the latter, public expression of social opinion and of the governing political groups. Political deontology points out the morality and ethic obligation of the behaviour, deeds and political activity.
