| Rezumat | ||||||
The purpose on this paper is to highlight some aspects concerning the organisation of the occupational safety and health system in evolution. The first legal acts in this field were adopted in 1992, but later in the setting up of this institution certain difficulties were encountered due to the lack of a clear concept based on international practice and standards. In spite of the fact that the Republic of Moldova ratified the main treaties in the field of labour safety and health, there have been misconceptions at certain stages. It should be noted that some of these dysfunctions have not been removed at this stage, compromi-sing the proper course of activities related to the organisation and implementation of the labour safety and health process. |
