| Rezumat | ||||||
The financing represent a special importance for the survival and development of the economic entity. On the one hand, the economic entity should have liquidities for to face on assumed obligations, that means to pay the debts with maturity in the near future, ensuring like that the financial equilibrium in short term. On the other hand, the economic entity it is in constant search for new different kinds of investments, who has like effect its development, fact that requires long term financing resources. Thus, any economic entity have to analyze very carefully each possible financing source and to choose the most adequate financial source for the situation and development at which is it. |
