Rezumat

The sports training is an adjustment process, meaning an assembly of actions applied by a sub-system to another sub-system within the same system. The purpose of the adjustment implies the transition of the system subjected to transformation to a superior status of adaptation in a timeframe. Physical training represents one of the most important elements of sports training in accomplishing great performances. Within a physical training program it develops in the following order: general physical training, specific physical training, refinement of the physical qualities. General exercises do not have a direct resemblance with the sports practice and do not influence directly the performance, but they have an important role in physical training. Physical quality has a native character, whose initial manifestation level depends on the genetic fund. Physical qualities are the traits of the body that offer the sportsman the opportunity to execute various physical acts. Boxing implies an impeccable physical training, speed in the execution of specific movements, but also a lot of courage, determination and tactical intelligence. The punches need a lot of explosion and speed and they are not directly related to brute force.
