The Constitution of the Republic of Moldova states that the Republic of Moldova is a democratic state, where human dignity, rights and freedoms, the free development of the human personality, justice and political pluralism are supreme values and are guaranteed. Everyone has the right to work, to free choice of work, to fair and satisfactory working conditions, as well as to protection against unemployment, employees have the right to work protection. Employees have the right to labor protection. |
