| Rezumat | ||||||
The prevention and combating of family violence, as an element of the national policy of protecting and supporting the family, represents a major concern of the Government of the Republic of Moldova. Through the adoption of the framework law on the prevention and combating of family violence, an important step was taken in the creation of the institutional and operational mechanism for solving cases of family violence, marking the assumption and implementation by the Republic of Moldova of international commitments to respect human rights. The purpose of the study is to analyze the role of the state regarding the protection of victims of family violence by taking certain measures against the aggressor. |
