Cercetările în domeniul investigat au fost efectuate după metodele elaborate de B.I. Loghinov, V.V. Oghievschi şi A.A. Hirov, N.P. Anucin, respectând procedeele standard (STAS 56-69-1988 Nr.72 şi SOU 82-02-37-479 – Suprafeţele de probă de amenajare silvică). Îndeosebi, a fost cercetată în detalii metoda amplasării culturilor silvice pure şi amestecate ale speciei Picea excelza L., cu vârsta de la 28 la 54 ani pe 9 suprafeţe de probă pe întreg teritoriul ţării. S-a constatat că în Republica Moldova Picea excelza L. este considerată fiind unica specie ce stimulează creşterea stejarului şi a arborilor tehnici. Picea excelza L. este rezistentă la frig, la secetă şi creşte bine în înălţime.

According to the methods of B.I.Loghinov, V.V. Oghievschi and A.A. Hirov, C.E.Nichitin, and N.P.Anucin, conform STAS 56-69-1988 № 72, and SOU 82-02-37-479-2006, had been researched on details pure and mixed forest crops of Picea excelza L. in Republica of Moldova with the age of 28-54 years on 9 permanent sample plots of 0,20- 0,25 ha. There was established that in thd northern and Codrul enterprises of Moldova at the same time with oak crops could be created crops from oak, ash and Picea excelza with the size of 2,5x0,7 m. Oak lines should de planted with Picea excelzea L., and even lines should be planted with oak and ash planted over one planting place. On young wood-cutting area there should not be effectuated complete grubbing out, and to plant in a mechanized or manual way only Picea excelza L taking into account the natural regeneration of oak, ash and other species, with of 1-1,5 m. over 8 m.
