In the context of the recent developments of EU-MD scientific and technologic cooperation, followed the official request of the Republic of Moldova to associate to the Seventh Framework Programme of the European Community was launched Moldova Knowledge Excellence Initiative, a short term action plan aimed at strengthening the role of research and innovation in the general process of the country’s development. The main measures of the plan are: development of the institutional framework for the Association, enhancing the international visibility of the organisations from the research-innovation field of Moldova,
dissemination on a national level of information on FP7 and other European programmes, fostering participation of organisations from the research-innovation field in FP7 with a special focus on SMEs, the final activity planned is the Association to FP7. |
