The article is reflected the principles of good time management that will determine the performance of students learning. Time management starts with self management. The main cause of failure, both in academic learning and in life, is a lack of self-imposed discipline. The study showed that between planning time and student’s academic success is a direct proportion: the best student's activities by effective programming will be a great academic learning.
