Rezumat

At different stages of education and also at the stage of primary education (1-4 forms) in the process of learning Russian language (as native one) the leading role should be given to forming the pupils' communicative and speech competence. Communicative competence is the ability to understand the other people's programme of speech activity or create his own programme which should be adequate to the goals, spheres, communicative situations. The formation of the pupils' communicative and speech competence is realized according to three directions: the work on the word (lexical level), the work on wordcombination and sentence (grammar level), work on speech (text level).
