In present the fast grow up of the society it is necessary to prepare people for new changes in technology, industry and studies in order to face the challenges of the world around. Republic of Moldova can face new grows having as background good basics for developing and implementation of new technologies. An information society starts at the first levels of education but having a greater influence on high education when the elements of the society are created as individuals. E-learning platforms can give the possibility for fast grow and success integration into the international science/industrial network by covering of lack in researching and discovering new techniques, ICT-enabled e-learning to contribute considerably to reaching this objective. There is plenty of evidence which suggests that e-learning can make learning activities more effective and efficient. It does so mainly by abolishing time and location-based constraints which tend to affect traditional types of learning in Republic of Moldova. By providing access to learning content, tools and related infrastructure at any place and at any time, Internet-based learning opens up new possibilities for combining learning with job in ways which are optimally adapted to the needs and preferences of the actor. |
