Rezumat | ||||||
The automated experimental installation for measurement of resistance and thermopower of nanowires of the alloyed bismuth and its alloys is designed. Installation consists of the automated measuring system, the holder of the sample and the computer. Maintenance of the set constant gradient on all temperature interval of measurement was the main task by working out of measuring installation. The offered installation promotes improvement of quality, to accuracy and promotes acceleration of carrying out of experiment and simplifies the further processing of results. |
