In recent studies the regulation of microbial lipogenesis, with the effectors on the basis of fatty acid amides, has acquired special actuality. The theoretical basis of these studies is the modulating effect of fatty acid amides in lipogenesis activity of cells and enzymes of lipid metabolism [1-4] The aim of investigations was studying of possibility to regulate the synthesis of lipids from actinomycetes using effectors on the basis of fatty acid amides. The objects of study were two strains of streptomycetes: Streptomyces canosus CNMN-Ac-02 (initial strain) and obtained after γ-irradiation S.canosus CNMN-Ac-03 [5]. As inductor of lipogenesis were used amides of fatty acids: № 5 - 11 - (3,5 di-tert-butyl-2-hidroxifenilcarbamoil undecylic acid); № 17 - lauroiletanolamid; № 20 - Nstearoil- 5-aminolevulinic acid in concentrations 10-6 M, 10-5 M, 10-4 M, synthesized at the Institute of Bioorganic Chemistry, NASB. It was found that the substance № 20 actively stimulates the accumulation of biomass of the investigated strains: the higher concentration of the compound has led to higher accumulations of biomass. The quantity of biomass at S.canosus CNMN-Ac-02 increases with increasing of concentration and reaches 5.31 g / l (119.8% of control). Experiments have shown that, in the biomass of the investigated strains the quantity of synthesized lipids has increased. Was observed that strain S.canosus CNMN-Ac-03 has a higher content of lipids in biomass compared to the initial strain S.canosus CNMN-Ac-02. The most significant increase in lipid content in the biomass of this strain was observed in the variant with adding on medium substance № 20 and reached 22.94% in biomass (control 6.93%). Thus, it was shown that the investigated amides of fatty acids are effective endogenous lipid bioregulators with significant influence on the growth of the streptomycetes, on accumulation of biomass and on synthesis of lipids.
