Rezumat | ||||||
The reference framework of this study emphasizes the idea that uncertainty becomes the catalyst and progressive factor for identifying solutions for the survival of the implicit individual in an organizational environment, starting from the cognition of the triggering cause - personal needs, which no longer respect a pattern of manifestation. In this sense, Leadership has the relevance to trigger the necessary change in a historical setting never before seen, because it combines the organizational as well as the human side, an aspect not to be neglected against the background of social and economic trends. |
