The parliamentary control corresponds to a fundamental necessity and it belongs to the nation representatives to verify constantly that the administration does not deviate from the directory lines which were fixed. This type of control is fulfilled by the body invested directly or indirectly with sovereignty, and it endorses with priority the assurance of the fact that the administration respects the finalities established by the political power inside the juridical, human and material means which it is offered. |
